Harley Davidson Whitesell:
Rescued from Allen County IN Animal Shelter at age 10 on or about February 20, 2018.
Paul Sparks gave Harley his freedom ride to our house in Fishers that day, when we welcomed Harley as our first time foster. On March 7, 2018, we officially foster failed and adopted Harley, thanks to Marcie Garn's diligence and patience! In December 2020, we moved from Indiana to Norfolk, Virginia.
On December 23, 2021, assisted by a wonderful home visit vet, Harley passed peacefully in our arms at our home in Norfolk. He was the handsomest, goodest boy who was loved by our family and neighbors. We will always be grateful to our entire GRRACE family for the opportunity to give Harley lots of love and comfort in his truly golden years. Our only regret is not seeing Harley in his younger, active years, but I wouldn't have traded this experience for anything. I will never know who rescued who.
